ICS25.040.20J50JB/T10274-2001数控机床交流伺服电动机通用技术条件GeneralspecificationforA.C.servomotors2001-06-04发布2001-10-01实施中国机械工业联合会发布()I前言1范围····················································································································································································································12引用标准·········································································································································································································13定义····················································································································································································································14分类····················································································································································································································25技术要求·········································································································································································································46试验方法·········································································································································································································97检验规则·······································································································································································································188质量保证期··································································································································································································209标志、包装、运输和贮存···································································································································································20JB/T10274-2001目次()III前言数控机床所用交流伺服电动机可以分为交流同步伺服电动机和交流异步伺服电动机两大类。交流同步伺服电动机多为永磁式,这种同步伺服电动机按其励磁磁势分布的不同,又可分为正弦波型永磁同步伺服电动机和方波型永磁同步伺服电动机。但却没有国际标准及国外先进国家标准。本标准编写目的旨在使国内产品向国际水平靠拢,并能指导行业生产。本标准根据JB/T8832—1999《机床数字控制系统通用技术条件》要求,在国际电工委员会IEC60034–1《旋转电机定额与性能》(1996年版)和IEC72–1《旋转电机尺寸与功率等级》(1991年版)的基础上,参考国际著名大公司的产品样本并结合我国企业生产情况编制的,并尽可能与上述国际标准的有关规定保持一致。本标准部分采用GB/T7345—1994《控制微电机基本技术要求》。本标准由全国工业自动化系统与集成标准化技术委员会提出并归口。本标准起草单位:北京机床研究所。本标准主要起草人:厉承兆。本标准于2001年6月首次发布。本标准委托北京机床研究所负责解释。JB/T10274-200111范围本标准规定了数控机床用交流伺服电动机的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于数控机床及类似用途的交流伺服电动机(以下简称电动机)。2引用标准下列标准所包含的条文,通过在本标准中引用而构成为本标准的条文。本标准出版时,所示版本均为有效。所有标准都会被修订,使用本标准的各方应探讨使用下列标准昀新版本的可能性。GB755—2000旋转电机定额和性能(idtIEC60034–1∶1996)GB/T756—1990旋转电机圆柱形轴伸GB/T757—1993旋转电机圆锥形轴伸GB/T2423.3—1993电工电子产品基本环境试验规程试验Ca:恒定湿热试验方法(eqvIEC60068–2–3∶1984)GB/T2423.16—1999电工电子产品环境试验第2部分:试验方法试验J和导则:长霉(idtIEC60068–2–10∶1988)GB/T2828—1987逐批检查计数抽样程序及抽样表(适用于连续批的检查)GB4208—1993外壳防护等级(IP代码)(eqvIEC529∶1989)GB/T7345—1994控制微电机基本技术要求GB/T7346—1998控制电机基本外形结构型式GB/T10069.1—1988旋转电机噪声测定方法及限值噪声工程测定方法(neqISO61680–1∶1986)GB/T10405—1989控制微电机型号命名方法JB/T8162—1999控制微电机包装技术条件3定义本标准采用下列定义。3.1工作区在电动机温升不超过允许温升的条件下,电动机能长期工作的区域称为连续工作区;在连续工作区之外,允许电动机短时运行的区域称为断续工作区。工作区用转矩和转速的二维平面坐标表示。3.2额定功率在连续工作区内,电动机所能输出的昀大功率。中国机械工业联合会2001-06-04批准中华人民共和国机械行业标准数控机床交流伺服电动机通用技术条件GeneralspecificationforA.C.servomotorsJB/T10274-20012001-10-01实施JB/T10274-200123.3额定转矩在连续工作区内,电动机输出额定功率时的转矩。3.4额定转速电动机在连续工作区内,在额定转矩下允许工作的昀高转速。3.5连续堵转转矩在连续工作区内,电动机堵转时所能输出的昀大转矩。3.6连续堵转电流在连续工作区内,对应连续堵转转矩时的电流。3.7额定电压在连续工作区内,对应电动机额定功率的线电压。3.8昀大转矩电动机允许短时输出的昀大转矩。3.9昀大转速在连续工作区内,电动机所能达到的昀大转速。3.10反电势常数电动机在单位转速下感应的空载反电势值。3.11静摩擦转矩电动机在不通电时,在转轴上施加转矩而又不会引起转动的昀大转矩值。4分类4.1分类机床用交流伺服电动机可分为交流同步伺服电动机和交流异步伺服电动机。交流同步伺服电动机多为永磁式,又有方波型永磁同步伺服电动机和正弦波型永磁同步伺服电动机之分。4.2型号命名电动机的型号命名按GB/T10405的规定,由机座号、产品名称代号、性能参数代号和派生代号等部分组成。4.2.1机座号机座号及其相应的凸缘安装孔中心基圆直径和安装止口直径推荐按表1的规定使用。表1mm机座号凸缘安装孔中心基圆直径止口直径55554065(70)65(70)507575608585701001008011511595JB/T10274-20013表1(完)mm机座号凸缘安装孔中心基圆直径止口直径130(145)130(145)110165165130(200)(200)(114.3)215215180265265230300300250350350300400400350500500450注:括号内数据可选用但不推荐。电动机的连接尺寸及公差应符合GB/T756、GB/T757和GB/T7346的规定。4.2.2产品名称代号产品名称代号用大写汉语拼音字母表示:SJT——交流同步伺服电动机;SJY——交流异步伺服电动机。反馈元件代号用下列字母表示,当电动机中装有两种以上反馈元件时,各元件代号的排列次序依次为C、M、X、W:C——测速发电机;M——光电式脉冲编码器;X——旋转变压器;W——位置传感器。电动机带有失电制动器时,用大写汉语拼音字母Z表示,并位于反馈元件代号后面。4.2.3性能参数代号性能参数代号用两位数字或汉语拼音字母表示。其含义应在专用技术条件中给予说明。4.2.4派生代号派生是指结构派生和性能派生。派生代号用大写汉语拼音字母A、B、C……表示,但不得使用“O”字母。其含义应在专用技术条件中给予说明。4.2.5型号示例带旋转变压器、制动器的交流同步伺服电动机:JB/T10274-200144.3基本外形结构及安装型式电动机的安装型式为端面止口带凸缘。电动机的基本轴伸型式为键槽轴伸。反馈元件安装于电动机的后罩内,根据需要可以配置一种或多种反馈元件。5技术要求5.1环境适应性5.1.1气候环境适应性电动机的工作气候环境条件及贮存、运输气候环境条件见表2。表2项目工作气候条件贮存、运输气候条件环境温度–10~+40℃–40~+55℃相对湿度30%~95%(不凝露)≤95%(40℃)大气压强86~106kPa86~106kPa5.1.2海拔高度当海拔高度不超过1000m时,电动机应能保证各项技术指标。当海拔高度超过1000m时,需考虑空气冷却效果的减弱,此时需按制造厂与用户之间的协议进行设计和使用。5.1.3振动、冲击电动机应能承受6.33、6.34规定的振动、冲击试验。试验后进行外观检查,不允许有零部件的损坏、变形和紧固件松动等现象。通电后电动机应能正常工作。5.2外观及装配质量5.2.1外观电动机表面不应有锈蚀、涂覆层脱落、碰伤和划痕,紧固件联接应牢固,接线装置标记及铭牌的字迹和内容应清楚无误且不得脱落。5.2.2外形及安装尺寸电动机外形及安装尺寸符号见图1,尺寸公差应符合表3的规定。165SJT–XZ01A派生代号性能参数代号产品名称代号机座号JB/T10274-20015图1电动机
