J16JB/T8527-1997金属密封蝶阀1997-04-15发布1998-01-01实施中华人民共和国机械工业部发布I前言1范围····················································································································································································································12引用标准·········································································································································································································13定义····················································································································································································································14型号和参数····································································································································································································25结构型式·········································································································································································································26技术要求·········································································································································································································47试验方法·········································································································································································································88检验规则·········································································································································································································99标志····················································································································································································································910供货···············································································································································································································10附录A(提示的附录)阀体最小壁厚的计算······························································································································11JB/T8527-1997目次II前言本标准的附录A是提示的附录。本标准由全国阀门标准化技术委员会提出并归口。本标准起草单位:长沙市阀门厂。本标准主要起草人:刘普成、刘大全、谢跃龙、胡平、任杰、雷云秋。JB/T8527-199711范围本标准规定了金属密封蝶阀的定义、型号和参数、结构型式、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志及供货等要求。本标准适用于公称压力PN0.05MPa~5.00MPa、公称通径DN50mm~4000mm的法兰和对夹连接金属密封蝶阀。2引用标准下列标准所包含的条文,通过在本标准中引用而构成为本标准的条文。本标准出版时,所示版本均为有效。所有标准都会被修订,使用本标准的各方应探讨使用下列标准最新版本的可能性。GB150—89钢制压力容器GB152.4—88紧固件六角头螺栓和六角螺母用沉孔GB/T1047—1995管子和管路附件的公称通径GB1048—90管道元件公称压力GB/T1184—1996形状和位置公差未注公差值GB9113.1~9113.26—88整体钢制管法兰GB9115.1~9115.36—88对焊钢制管法兰GB9131—88钢制管法兰压力–温度等级GB12220—89通用阀门标志GB12221—89法兰连接金属阀门结构长度GB12223—89部分回转阀门驱动装置的连接GB12380.1~12380.4—90凸面整体球墨铸铁管法兰GB12386—90球墨铸铁管法兰压力–温度等级GB/T13927—92通用阀门压力试验GB/T15188.2—94阀门的结构长度对夹连接阀门JB308—75阀门型号编制方法JB/T7748—95阀门清洁度和测定方法JB/T7928—95通用阀门供货要求3定义本标准采用下列定义。3.1金属密封蝶阀蝶阀密封副〔即阀体密封面(也称阀座)与蝶板密封面〕材料配对为金属对金属的蝶阀。3.2单向密封只能在规定的方向即蝶阀上标示的密封方向密封。机械工业部1997-04-15批准中华人民共和国机械行业标准金属密封蝶阀JB/T8527-19971998-01-01实施JB/T8527-199723.3双向密封在两个方向即蝶阀上标示的主密封方向(正向)和与主密封方向相反的方向(反向)都能密封。4型号和参数4.1型号蝶阀型号按JB308的规定。但对双向密封蝶阀,在型号中增加双向密封代号,用小写汉语拼音字母“s”表示,标注在类型代号右下角。4.2参数4.2.1蝶阀的公称通径按GB/T1047的规定。4.2.2蝶阀的公称压力按GB1048的规定。5结构型式5.1蝶阀的基本结构及主要零部件名称如图1和图2所示。1—阀体;2—阀体密封圈(阀座);3—蝶板;4—阀杆;5—轴套;6—压圈;7—填料;8—填料压盖;9—连接座;10—蜗轮减速箱;11—手轮图1对夹连接蝶阀JB/T8527-199731—阀体;2—阀体密封圈(阀座);3—蝶板;4—阀杆;5—压圈;6—轴套;7—填料;8—填料压盖;9—隔热连接座;10—二级驱动装置;11—一级驱动装置;12—手轮图2双法兰连接蝶阀5.2蝶阀的结构型式可采用垂直板式、斜板式和杠杆式等。5.3蝶阀的连接形式采用对夹连接(如图3、图4所示),或双法兰连接(如图5所示)。图3对夹连接图4其他型式对夹连接JB/T8527-19974图5双法兰连接6技术要求6.1压力–温度等级蝶阀的压力–温度等级由阀体材料的压力–温度等级确定。蝶板、密封副等内件材料应满足阀门的工作条件要求。6.1.1球墨铸铁阀体材料的压力–温度等级按GB12386的规定。6.1.2钢制阀体的压力–温度等级按GB9131的规定。6.1.3本标准蝶阀的最高适用工作温度为450℃,蝶阀应在标示的温度、压力下连续工作,但最低工作温度应不低于–25℃。6.2蝶阀适用于下列使用条件:a)截流并密封;b)在一定范围内调节流量。6.3蝶阀进口处的最高流速应不超过表1中的数值。表1公称压力PNMPa0.05~1.01.6~5.0液体34介质流速m/s气体306.4蝶阀阀体上应标有指示蝶阀密封方向或主密封方向的箭头。对单向密封蝶阀,在箭头上部标上“密封方向”字样;对双向密封蝶阀,在箭头上部标上“主密封方向”字样。箭头和字样可在阀体上铸出,也可在标牌上标示。6.5阀体、蝶板及阀杆6.5.1法兰连接尺寸和密封面形式6.5.1.1球墨铸铁法兰连接尺寸和密封面形式按GB12380.1~12380.4的规定。6.5.1.2钢制法兰连接尺寸和密封面形式按GB9113.1~9113.26、GB9115.1~9115.36的规定。6.5.1.3对于公称压力小于0.25MPa的钢制法兰连接尺寸和密封面形式,按公称压力为0.25MPa的钢制法兰连接尺寸和密封面形式的规定。6.5.2结构长度6.5.2.1双法兰连接蝶阀的结构长度按GB12221的规定。JB/T8527-199756.5.2.2对夹连接蝶阀的结构长度按GB/T15188.2的规定。6.5.2.3公称压力大于4.0MPa或公称通径大于2000mm的蝶阀结构长度可按有关标准或用户要求确定。6.5.3阀体两端法兰密封面应相互平行并与蝶阀通道轴线垂直,其平行度和垂直度误差按GB/T1184—1996中表B3的12级精度的规定。6.5.4阀体两端法兰螺栓孔d0一般采用通孔,当受轴颈或筋板妨碍时,允许采用螺孔。6.5.5阀体两端法兰螺栓孔d0的轴线相对于阀体(法兰)轴线的位置度公差小于表2的规定。表2mm法兰螺栓孔直径d0位置度公差φ11.0~17.51.022.0~30.01.533.0~48.02.652.0~62.03.06.5.6阀座的最小通径不得小于表3的规定。表3mm公称通径阀座的最小通径公称通径阀座的最小通径5044100097065591200116080741400136010094160015601251191800176015014420001960200190220021402502302400234030028026002540350325280027404003753000294045042532003120500475340033206005753600352070067038003720800770400039209008706.5.7阀体最小壁厚可参照附录A(提示的附录)计算。6.5.8阀体或蝶板可以整体铸成,也可焊接而成,其焊接工艺、焊后热处理、焊缝的无损检测和对焊工的要求应按GB150的规定。6.5.9铸造阀体
