ICS29.120.70K33JB/T3909-1999机床热过载继电器1999-05-20发布2000-01-01实施国家机械工业局发布()I前言1范围····················································································································································································································12引用标准·········································································································································································································13术语、符号、代号····················································································································································································14分类····················································································································································································································15特性····················································································································································································································36正常工作条件与安装条件·····································································································································································67结构和性能要求··························································································································································································68试验方法·······································································································································································································149检验规则·······································································································································································································1910标志、包装、运输、贮存································································································································································21JB/T3909-1999目次()II前言本标准是依据GB/T14048.1—1993《低压开关设备和控制设备总则》,GB14048.4—1993《低压开关设备和控制设备低压机电式接触器和电动机起动器》,GB14048.5—1993《低压开关设备和控制设备控制电路电器和开关元件第一部分:机电式控制电路电器》,对JB3909—85《机床热过载继电器》的修订,并按有关规定进行了重新编辑。本标准自实施之日起代替JB3909—85。本标准由成都机床电器研究所提出并归口。本标准起草单位:桂林机床电器厂。本标准起草人:周泰武、易英妹、李文礼。本标准于1985年发布。JB/T3909-199911范围本标准规定了机床热过载继电器(以下简称热继电器)的基本要求。包括了热继电器的型式、特性、技术要求、试验方法和检验规则等。适用于本标准的热继电器主要用于额定频率50Hz(或60Hz),额定电压交流1000V(1140V)、直流1500V及以下的主电路中,用于交流电动机的过载及断相保护。2引用标准下列标准所包含的条文,通过在本标准中引用而构成为本标准的条文。本标准出版时,所示版本均为有效。所有标准都会被修订,使用本标准的各方应探讨使用下列标准昀新版本的可能性。GB156—1993标准电压GB/T762—1996标准电流GB/T999—1988直流电力牵引额定电压GB/T2423.1—1989电工电子产品基本环境试验规程试验A:低温试验方法GB/T2423.4—1993电工电子产品基本环境试验规程试验Db:交变湿热试验方法GB/T2828—1987逐批检查计数抽样程序及抽样表(适用于连续批的检查)GB/T2900.18—1992电工术语低压电器GB/T4207—1984固体绝缘材料在潮湿条件下相比漏电起痕指数和耐漏电起痕指数的测定方法GB/T4942.2—1993低压电器外壳防护等级GB/T5169.4—1985电工电子产品着火危险试验灼热丝试验方法和导则GB/T13384—1992机电产品包装通用技术条件GB/T14048.1—1993低压开关设备和控制设备总则GB14048.4—1993低压开关设备和控制设备低压机电式接触器和电动机起动器GB14048.5—1993低压开关设备和控制设备控制电路电器和开关元件第一部分:机电式控制电路电器3术语、符号、代号本标准采用的术语、符号、代号符合GB/T2900.18、GB/T14048.1、GB14048.4和GB14048.5—1993中第3章的有关规定。并补充规定术语如下:3.1临界脱扣电流热继电器在规定条件下,通以略大于此值的电流则能脱扣,通以略小于此值的电流,则不能脱扣。4分类4.1按热效应类别分国家机械工业局1999-05-20批准中华人民共和国机械行业标准机床热过载继电器JB/T3909-1999代替JB3909—852000-01-01实施JB/T3909-19992a)双金属片式;b)易熔合金式;c)其它。4.2按脱扣级别分a)10A;b)10;c)20;d)30。4.3按极数分a)单极;b)二极;c)三极。4.4按是否带有断相保护功能分a)带断相保护;b)不带断相保护。4.5按有无整定电流调节装置分a)有整定电流调节装置;b)无整定电流调节装置。4.6按辅助触头分a)接通触头;b)分断触头;c)转换触头;d)脉冲触头。4.7按复位方式分a)自动复位式;b)非自动复位式;c)自动和非自动复位式。4.8按有无周围空气温度补偿分a)有周围空气温度补偿;b)无周围空气温度补偿。4.9按有无专用配套电流互感器分a)有专用配套电流互感器;b)无专用配套电流互感器。4.10按与配套交流接触器接线安装方式分a)组合式;b)分立式。4.11按外壳防护等级分JB/T3909-19993a)IP00;b)IP10;c)IP2L0;d)IP30。4.12按与短路保护电器的协调配合类型分a)“1”型;b)“2”型。4.13按安装类别分a)安装类别Ⅱ;b)安装类别Ⅲ。4.14按辅助触头的使用类别分a)AC–14;b)AC–15;c)DC–13;d)DC–14。4.15按有无动作指示分a)有动作指示;b)无动作指示。5特性5.1特性概要热继电器的特性用下列项目加以规定:a)型式(5.2);b)特性量(5.3);c)主电路的额定值和极限值(5.4);d)使用类别(5.5);e)辅助电路(5.6);f)标志和电流整定值(5.7);g)时间–电流特性(5.8);h)周围空气温度的影响(5.9);i)寿命(5.10);j)与短路保护电器(SCPD)的协调配合(5.11);k)通断操作过电压(5.12)。5.2型式热断电器规定为过载延时继电器。延时型式为:a)与原先负载有关;b)与原先负载有关且具有断相保护。JB/T3909-199945.3特性量a)电流整定值或标志;b)额定频率;c)时间–电流特性;d)根据7.2.1.2表1中序号4规定的条件下脱扣时间分类的脱扣级别或脱扣时间超过30s时的昀大脱扣时间,单位为s;e)极数。5.4主电路的额定值和极限值热继电器的额定值应根据5.4、5.5、5.11和5.12的规定来表示,根据需要可以增减。5.4.1额定电压热继电器要确定以下述及的额定电压。额定电压值应符合GB156,直流550V及以上的额定电压值应符合GB/T999。5.4.1.1额定工作电压(Ue);5.4.1.2额定绝缘电压(Ui);5.4.1.3额定冲击耐受电压(Uimp)。5.4.2电流热继电器要确定以下述及的电流,其额定电流应优先采用GB/T762中的规定值。5.4.2.1约定发热电流(Ith);5.4.2.2额定工作电流(Ie)。5.4.3额定频率5.4.4额定工作制正常情况下,热继电器要考虑以下额定工作制。5.4.4.1八小时工作制(连续工作制);5.4.4.2不间断工作制;5.4.4.3断续周期工作制或断续工作制。5.4.5正常负载和过载特性热继电器在正常负载和过载条件下要考虑:耐受(通断电动机的)过载电流的能力。5.4.6额定限制短路电流。5.5使用类别5.5.1主电路的使用类别a)AC–3;b)AC–4。5.5.2辅助电路的使用类别a)AC–14;b)AC–15;c)DC–13;d)DC–14。JB/T3909-199955.6辅助电路辅助触头的特性及其额定值应符合GB14048.5的要求,一般选定以下适用的参数:a)额定绝缘电压、额定工作电压(额定频率);b)额定工作电流、约定发热电流;c)正常和非正常条件下的接通和分断能力;d)相邻触头元件在电气上是否可分开;e)辅助触头配用指定短路保护电器所能承受的额定限制短路电流。5.7标志和电流整定值热继电器是根据热继电器的电流整定值(电流整定范围的上限和下限值,如果可调的话)和其脱扣级别标志的。电流整定值(或整定范围)应标注在热继电器上。对具有电流互感器的热继电器,其标志可以是电流互感器的一次电流,也可以是继电器的
