ICS29.120.60K33JB/T10047-1999电子式时间继电器Electronictimedelay–relay1999-05-20发布2000-01-01实施国家机械工业局发布()I前言1范围····················································································································································································································12引用标准·········································································································································································································13术语和符号····································································································································································································14分类和基本规格··························································································································································································45要求····················································································································································································································66试验方法·······································································································································································································137检验规则·······································································································································································································188标志、包装和贮运··················································································································································································21JB/T10047-1999目次()II前言本标准是对ZBK33005—89《电子式时间继电器》的修订。本标准与ZBK33005—89的技术内容基本一致,主要差异是:1.标准的技术要求按GB/T14048.1—1993《低压开关设备和控制设备总则》和GB14048.5—1993《低压开关设备和控制设备控制电路电器和开关元件第一部分:机电式控制电路电器》进行修改,主要对非正常条件下的负载特性所要求的各项性能作了补充。2.对电子式时间继电器产品的延时功能的要求作了部分修改:放宽了对某些误差指标的容限;取消了延时稳定性误差的要求;对于综合电压和温度两个影响量的综合误差,由原来的必要项目改为有条件的选择项目。这些改动将有利于产品制造商在市场经济中根据用户的实际需要和制造成本选定自己的产品性能。本标准自实施之日起代替ZBK33005—89。本标准由成都机床电器研究所提出并归口。本标准起草单位:无锡市机床电器厂。本标准主要起草人:薛政川。本标准于1989年首次发布。JB/T10047-199911范围本标准规定了电子式时间继电器(以下简称继电器)通用的基本要求,包括型式、参数、性能要求、试验方法和检验规则;确定了继电器常用的术语。本标准适用于额定交流电压380V及以下、频率50Hz(60Hz)和直流电压220V及以下的电路中作为时间控制、指示等用途的电子式时间继电器。2引用标准下列标准所包含的条文,通过在本标准中引用而构成为本标准的条文。本标准出版时,所示版本均为有效。所有标准都会被修订,使用本标准的各方应探讨使用下列标准昀新版本的可能性。GB/T2423.1—1989电工电子产品基本环境试验规程试验A:低温试验方法GB/T2423.2—1989电工电子产品基本环境试验规程试验B:高温试验方法GB/T2423.5—1995电工电子产品环境试验第二部分:试验方法试验Ea和导则:冲击GB/T2423.10—1995电工电子产品环境试验第二部分:试验方法试验Fc和导则:振动(正弦)GB/T2828—1987逐批检查计数抽样程序及抽样表(适用于连续批的检查)GB/T2900.1—1992电工术语基本术语GB/T2900.18—1992电工术语低压电器GB/T4942.2—1993低压电器外壳防护等级GB/T13384—1992机电产品包装通用技术条件GB/T14048.1—1993低压开关设备和控制设备总则GB14048.5—1993低压开关设备和控制设备控制电路电器和开关元件第一部分:机电式控制电路电器3术语和符号3.1术语本标准未规定的术语及其定义参见GB/T2900.1、GB/T2900.18、GB/T14048.1和GB14048.5中的有关术语及定义。本标准还需采用下列附加的术语和定义。3.1.1电子式时间继电器electronictimedelay–relay一种时间继电器,其中的延时功能由电子线路来实现。3.1.2阻容延时RCdelay国家机械工业局1999-05-20批准中华人民共和国机械行业标准电子式时间继电器Electronictimedelay–relayJB/T10047-1999代替ZBK33005—892000-01-01实施JB/T10047-19992利用阻容回路充放电特性实现的延时。3.1.3分频延时frequencydivisiondelay由时钟信号经分频产生的倍增延时。3.1.4数字整定digitalpreset一种(延时量)整定方式,其整定的量值是离散的数据。整定采用的操作件可以是指轮开关、波段开关和按键等,指示量是数据。3.1.5旋钮设定dialpreset一种(延时量)设定方式,其设定的是连续量,指示量是刻度。3.1.6通电延时energizingdelay;(power)ondelay接通继电器控制电源实现的延时。3.1.7接通延时controlondelay仅接通继电器控制电源时并不开始延时,只有再接通某一外加信号或接通某一线路后才开始的延时。3.1.8断电延时de–energizingdelay;(power)offdelay继电器控制电源断开瞬间开始的延时。3.1.9断开延时controloffdelay继电器在断开某一外加信号或断开某一线路后的延时。整个延时周期内继电器的控制电源并不断开。3.1.10(间隔)定时intervaltiming;singlepulse继电器在接通控制电源或接通某一外加信号或接通某一线路时立即产生输出信号,该输出信号的持续时间为延时时间。3.1.11程序(式)延时programedtimedelay按预定的时间程序进行转换的延时型式。3.1.12往复延时(周期通断)repeatcycletiming;periodicalpulse继电器在接通控制电源或接通某一外加信号或接通某一路线后,按延时(T1)→输出转换→延时(T2)→复位的自动的往复循环动作。其中的延时时间T1与T2不必相等。往复延时是程序延时的一个特例。3.1.13累积计时timeintervalsaccumulating多个间断时间量的累积。3.1.14星–三角起动延时timingforstar–deltastarter用于星–三角起动器的一种延时型式。3.1.15多路延时multiplextimedelay在不同的输出端输出不同延时量的一种延时型式。带瞬动输出的继电器是多路延时的一个特例,瞬动输出是延时为零的输出。3.1.16多型式延时multi–typedelay任何两种或两种以上的延时型式的组合。3.1.17延时状态timedelaystate继电器在延时过程中的状态。3.1.18复位时间recoverytimeJB/T10047-19993继电器从昀终状态恢复到初始状态所需的时间。3.1.19超前复位时间leadingrecoverytime由于偶发外因,继电器延时状态中断,从延时状态恢复到初始状态所需的时间。3.1.20执行继电器actuatingrelay用于输出延时信号的电磁继电器。3.1.21持续性sustaining一种延时起动方式,要求在整个延时状态下,起动信号必须持续存在。3.1.22触动性(自锁性)latching一种延时起动方式,在整个延时状态下,起动信号不必持续存在。3.1.23(延时)整定值settingtime用延时整定机构调定,并能指示或显示的延时值。3.1.24昀大整定值maximumsettingtime继电器整体或各档延时整定值的昀大值。3.1.25延时重复误差variationofrepeatdelaytime在规定的基准使用条件和给定的置信度要求下,重复延时时间的变差。3.1.26(延时)整定误差settingerror(ofdelayedtime);settingaccuracy在基准使用条件下,延时整定值与实际延时平均值之差。3.1.27(延时)电压波动误差error(ofdelayedtime)byvoltagevariation继电器在允许的控制电源电压波动范围内的延时时间与基准使用条件下的延时值之差。3.1.28(延时)温度误差error(ofdelayedtime)bytemperaturevariation继电器在允许的温度变化范围内的延时时间与基准使用条件下的延时值之差。3.1.29(延时)综合误差compositionerror(ofdelayedtime)在温度和控制电源电压同时变化的情况下的延时时间与基准使用条件下的延时值之差。3.1.30输出电压outputvoltage在额定电压和额定负载下,固态式继电器对其负载输出的电压。3.1.31无输出电压deactuationoutputvoltage在额定电压和额定负载下,固态式继电器无输出时负载两端的电压。3.1
