GuoYingmei(May)HavesTeachingChineselanguageandforeignlanguageNo.05(October23,2011)MyteachingphilosophyEverygoodteachershavetheirownteachingphilosophy,asthefutureofateacher,IalsohavetheirownteachingphilosophyteachingphilosophyistoestablishIinmybelief,thatisseriouslyteacheverystudent!Withthisteachingphilosophyafter,Ibegantothinkabouthowtoteachstudentswell,thinkaboutstudent'sinclassroomandwillhaveanyquestions.I'llteachstudentsknowledge,soImustbepreparedinadvance,classthisspeakwhat,howtospeak.Andcanstimulatethestudenttostudytheinterest.Istronglybelievethatlearningneedtostudentsasthecenter,studentsmustbeequalpartnersintheprocessoflearning.Ialsobelievethatisthemostsuccessfulstudentswhentheyfeelvaluablepersonal,support,thepowertolearn.Asaforeignlanguageteacher,Idon'tfeelIcanjustteachstudentstothelanguage,buttoseekinformationstimulatethestudents'languageandcultureinterestthem.Letthestudentscanfeellearningthiscourseisahappyandvaluablethings.Beingenthusiastic,ateachercanpasstheloveofsubjecttothestudentsandmotivatestudentstolearnbeyondtheclassroom.Perhapsthemostdifficulttaskintheclassroomistokeeptheclassinterestedwiththematerialthatisrelevanttothecourse.Butweshouldworkhardtoovercomethisdifficulty,doyourbesttoletthestudentstokeepthiscourselove.Thisrequireslearningofsuccessfulteachingskills,yearsofexperienceandcarefulpreparationaheadoftheclass.Wecaninactualteachingaccumulateexperienceandprogress,ThisisthetestofpatienceofaprocessToachievethisIwillconstantlyevaluatemyteachingmethodsaswellascontinuousseekingmyownindividualdevelopment.TeachingisbothscienceandartandIwilldomybesttobeagoodChineselanguageteacher.
