上海交通大学博士学位论文跨国公司R&D全球化战略研究姓名:元利兴申请学位级别:博士专业:企业管理指导教师:宣国良20040601R&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&D1R&D2R&DR&D3R&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DR&DABSTRACTWiththestrengtheninpresentglobaleconomicglobalization,transnationalforeignR&Dinvestmentscientificandtechnologicalglobalization,thedevelopmentoftheknowledge-basedeconomyandthefastprogressoftheinformationtechnology,theresearchonR&Dglobalizationstrategyisrighttopromotethedevelopmentoftransnational’sR&Dglobalizationstrategictheory,andhasdirectivetheoreticsignificanceofChinesetransnationalR&Dglobalization.Fromthemacrocosmic,theresearchonthetransnationalR&DglobalizationstrategycanofferthebasisforoptimizationandadjustmentofthestatepoliciesandinstitutionalenvironmentofChinaandofferscountermeasuretotheforeignR&DinvestmentinChinaofthetransnationalcorrectly,andithelpstoworkoutthepolicyofabsorbingtheforeigncapitals,andtosafeguardthenationalsecurity,andtoquickenthedevelopmentofregionaleconomy.Fromthemicrocosmic,ithelpstheChinesetransnationaltolearnexperienceofmanagementandtechnicalskillsofforeigntransnationalR&Dglobalization,tomakeChinesetransnational’squickenthestepsofglobalization,andtoimprovethecompetitiveadvantageintheglobalrange,thustheresearchhasgreatrealisticimportance.Thefollowingseveralrespectsofmainresearchcontentsofthisthesis:Chapter1andchapter2describetherelevanttheoryofthepresenttransnationalR&Dglobalizationstrategyandanalyzethepresentresearchresultsandexistingproblem,themeaning,contentandtheresearchframeworkrespectively.OnthebaseoftheIntegration-Responsiveness-frameworkoftransnational,Chapter3firstlypointsouttheIntegration-Responsiveness-framework-basedR&Dglobalizationstrategiesthatincludes:GlobalIntegrationR&Dstrategy,LocalizationR&Dstrategy,Multi-focalR&DstrategyandIntegratedNetworkR&Dstrategy;Secondly,thetheseshasputforwardtheResource-basedandtheCompetence-basedR&Dsubsidiary'sstrategy.TheResource-basedR&Dsubsidiary'sstrategiesinclude:theResource-augmentingstrategyandtheResource-exploitingstrategyinR&Dsubsidiaries;TheCompetence-basedR&Dsubsidiary'sstrategiesinclude:theCompetence-creatingandtheCompetence-exploitingstrategy.ThenitanalyzestherelationshipsbetweenthesetwokindsofstrategicviewsandtheKnowledge-basedR&Dsubsidiary'sstrategies.Thirdly,fromtheautonomy-connectivity,strategicdependenceandprocedurejusticeofstrategicdecision,itanalyzesthestrategyrelationshipsbetweenthetransnationalandR&Dsubsidiary,andpointsout:theautonomy-connectivityofR&Dsubsidiarychangedynamicallyindifferentdevelopmentstage,strategicdependencedescribesstrategicdecisiondependence,resourcedependenceandorganizationaldependence,procedurejusticehasimportanteffectsontheglobalizationstrategyoftheparentandR&Dsubsidiary;Fourth,itistheCo-opetitionStrategicrelationshipbetweenR&Dsubsidiary.Thecompetitionforparentcompanyresource,relevantproducts,andgeographicaldiversificationandeachnot-well-designedspecializedfieldarereasonsoftheircompetitiverelationship,andthebenefitsandcontroloftheparentarethereasonsofcooperation.ThedegreecompetitionandcooperationvarieswithdifferentR&Dglobalizationstrategies;Five,thethesissetupaFuzzyLogicApproachofAllocatingGlobalR&DActivitiesofTNCsonthefuzzytheoryandinformationprocessingtheory.OnthebaseoftheEnvironment-Strategy-Structuremodeandtransnationalnetworkview,Chapter4putsforwardthattransnationalR&Dorganizationisaglobaldifferentialnetworkstructure.Thiskindofstructureisdividedintothreekindsofforms:Starnetwork,theDecentralizednetwork,Multi-focaldecentralizednetworkandIntegratednetworkR&Dorganization.Andthethesisanalysisthedispersiveness,specializationandmutualdependencecharacteristicofvariouskindsofthesenetworkmodes,andstructuretherelationshipframeworkbetweentheIntegration-Responsiveness-framework-basedR&Dglobalizationstrategiesandorganizations.FinallythethesisanalyzestheCoordinationandcontrolmechanismandtheirinfluencefactors.Onthebasisoftransnational'sknowledgenetworkview,Chapter5ConcentratestoknowledgemodeofR&Dglobalizationstrategyandknowledge-basedtransnationalcentralized&decentralizedR&Dstrategicdecisionmodel.Theconcretecontentsinclude:First,itanalyzesitsR&Dknowledgeresourceandcharacteristic,andcarriesonresearchtotheknowledgemodeofthetransnationalR&Dglobalizationstrategy,whichincludemainly:TheR&Dknowledgeacquisitionandcreationmechanism.Firstofall,fromtheinsideandoutside,scaleenlargement,theprogressimprovementanddevelopment,explicitnessandtacitness,conductingandexperience,andsoon,itanalyzestechnologicalknowledgeacquisition.Then,itisanalyzesthatfourkindsofknowledgeoftransnationalcreatetheactivity:Solvingtheproblem,CarryingoutandCombinenewscienceandtechnologyandmethod,ExperimentandPrototype,andinputtingandabsorbingtechnologicalknowledgefromtheoutside.Thendescribesfourknowledgecreationmodes:Socialization,Externalization,CombinationandInternalization.Secondly,thethesispointsoutthemodeR&DknowledgetransfermechanisminTNCs.ItworksouttransnationalglobalR&DknowledgeflowmodelandIsolatingmechanism.Thirdly,R&Dknowled
