重庆大学博士学位论文H型钢钢结构节能住宅建筑体系的综合评价姓名:曲成平申请学位级别:博士专业:管理科学与工程指导教师:任宏20041001IHHH1221IIH13050236345H,IIIABSTRACTSteelstructurehouses(SSHforshort)arefavoredbecausetheyhavemanyadvantages.Forexample,theyarelighterandmoreanti-seismic,theycansavetimeforconstruction;theyarehighlyindustrializedandenvironmentallyfriendlyaswell.Withtheseremarkableadvantages,SSHcankeeppacewiththerequirementsforasustainabledevelopmentofthenationaleconomy.Sincethegovernmentencouragedtheuseofmoresteelstructure,steelproductionhasincreasedsubstantially.Steelstructureusedinconstructionhasseenarapidprogressinrecentyears,especiallyinthefieldofhousingconstruction.ItisgenerallyacceptedthatSSHwillsatisfythedevelopmentofournationaleconomy,becauseinthiskindofcost-savinghouses,claybrickswillbereplacedbycheapermass-producedwallmaterials.Inaddition,anewefficientheatingsystemwillbeinvolved.Allthesewillmakehousesmorecomfortable,morefunctional,moreautomation-oriented,andmoreindustrialized.SSHwillbeoneofthemajortrendsinthedevelopmentofthehousingindustryforthe21stcentury.Asthedevelopmentofsteelstructureaswellastheremarkableprogressachievedintheresearchofthisfield,peoplebecamemoreconcernedaboutthecomprehensiveevaluationofthearchitecturalsystemofSSHaswellastheindustrializationofSSH.However,thereislittleresearchconductedtostudythedifferenceoftheratiooffunctiontocostbetweenSSHandhouseswithotherstructures.InordertopromotetheresearchofSSH,improvetheenergy-savingofSSH,andguidetheindustrializationofSSH,aresearchwasconductedtocomprehensivelyevaluateHtypesteelenergy-savinghouses.Itaimstoidentifythereasonablerangeforapplyingthistypestructureandprovideascientificsupportforinvestmentdecision-makinginhousingindustry.ItishopedthisresearchwillbehelpfultoreducewronginvestmentdecisionsinusingsteelstructureandpromotethehealthydevelopmentofChineseeconomy.BasedonacomprehensiveliteraturereviewofhistoricaldevelopmentofSSHdevelopmentandpreviousresearchesaboutevaluationofhousing,thisresearchexploredthefundamentalsofhousingevaluationandestablishanevaluationmodelwiththetheoryofsystematicengineering,valueengineering,sustainabledevelopment,lifecyclecostingandhierarchyanalysisprocess.Throughacarefulstudyof30realcases,thefunctionandcostofHtypesteelofenergy-savinghousesinmulti-storybuildings,mediumhigh-risesandhigh-risesareanalyzed.WithacomprehensiveevaluationoftheIVstructuralsystem,leadingelementsaffectingthecostofthesystemaredisplayedinthethesis,andthescopeisdeterminedinwhichthesystemmaybeemployed.Itisbelievedthatresearcheswillbeofboththeoreticalandrealisticsignificance,andofbothimportanteconomicandsocialvalue.Themaintasksandconclusionsofthedissertationareasfollows:Basedonthetheoryofsystematicengineering,valueengineering,sustainabledevelopment,lifecyclecostingandhierarchyanalysisprocess,theprincipleofhousingevaluationisprovided,theapproachesandmethodsforestablishinganevaluationmodelareanalyzed.Finally,anevaluationmodelissetup.Morethan30realcasesarecalculatedandanalyzedareconductedaboutthestructuralandeconomicpropertiesofHtypesteelofcost-savingSSHinmulti-storybuildings,mediumhigh-risesandhigh-rises.Afteracomprehensiveevaluationofthearchitecturalsystem,thescopeisdeterminedinwhichthesystemmaybeproperlyemployedforthefirsttime,ontheconditionthatifthisarchitecturalsystemislimitedbetween12thand21stfloors,theratiooffunctiontocostwillbeprettyhigh.Intheprocessofevaluatingthesustainabledevelopmentofthisconstructionsystem,aconcepthasbeengotinvolved,thatis,circulareconomy.AcomparisonofthisconceptwasgivenbetweenSSHandanothertwoconstructionsystem,concretestructureandbrick-concreteconstruction.itwillgivesomeadvicetothesustainabledevelopmentintheconstructionfield.basedontheexperiencesinsomecases,acomprehensiveandsystematicanalysisofHtypesteelofcost-savinghousesinmulti-storybuildingswasgiveninviewoftechnicalandeconomicfactorformediumhigh-risesandhigh-rises.Inaddition,aftercomparingthemwithsystemofconcretestructureandbrick-concreteconstruction,itisfoundthatthemajorfactoraffectingthecostofsteelstructurehousesistheratioofsteelandwallplanks.Accordingtothefindings,itisacceptedthatweshouldnotonlytakesteelratiointoconsiderationwhenweareconsideringthecostofSSHandthoseofconcretestructure.Whatweshoulddoistakingbothratioofsteelandconcreteintoaccount.ConclusioncanberegardedasanimprovementintheaspectofSSH.Ithasbroughtanentirelynewideainthisfieldinourcountry.FindingswerebasedonmuchstatisticalanalysisandacomparisonbetweenSSHandhousesofotherstructures.Generallyspeaking,buildingsofthisarchitecturalsystemhavefollowingfeatures:1Savingweight..Housesofthisarchitecturalsystemare30%to50%lighterthanhousesofbrick-concreteconstructionandconcreteVstructure.2ProvidingLargeravailablespace.Theyprovidelargeravailablespaceforusewhichis3%to6%largerthanthatofhousesofbrick-concreteconstructionandconcretestructure.3Costinglessconcrete.Theamountofconcreteneededforhousesofthisarchitecturalsystemwillbemuchlessthanthatneededforhousesofconcretestructureandasthebuildingbecomehigherandhigher,itcanbeseenmoreandmoreclearly.4Acomparativelylargeruseofstee
