硕士专业学位论文论文题目学习型组织视野下的课堂教学研究——以江苏省昆山第一中等专业学校高职英语教学为例研究生姓名何雯指导教师姓名母小勇专业名称教育管理研究方向组织文化论文提交日期2012年10月学习型组织视野下的课堂教学研究中文摘要I学习型组织视野下的课堂教学研究——以江苏省昆山第一中等专业学校高职英语教学为例中文摘要教育部高等教育司曾经颁布的《高职高专教育英语课程教学基本要求(试行)》中就明确提出要构建新的课堂培养模式来提高高职学生英语自主学习能力,树立终身学习的教学理念,这不仅体现了社会发展对实用性高素质职业人才培养的要求,也符合学习者自身的要求。我国英语教学改革倡导已久,然而由于种种原因,笔者近期开展的一项基于英语课堂教学现状(非英语专业),针对苏州六所高职院校师生的调查发现:高职英语教学的效果与课堂教学方法、学生主体性的发挥程度及课堂气氛等有着密切的关系。目前高职英语课堂教学不利于英语的掌握和语言能力的提高,课堂教学模式单一,教学仍然以教师讲解为主,学生学习英语的自主性非常低,由于缺少师生间的交互,不能激发学生学习英语的积极性,课堂教学气氛沉闷。学生对英语学习的兴趣不高,对教师过于依赖,从而导致其学习自觉性与自主性都比较差。“学习型组织”理论是近年来在企业管理学领域出现的一个新兴理论,主要用在各类大型企业以及政府机构,用来改善组织结构,提升管理效率。它通过采取一系列措施来培养整个组织的学习气氛,从而最大程度发挥组织内各成员的创造力和主观能动性,从而建立起高度灵活的、具有持续学习能力的组织,其协同增效作用远大于个人效率之和。而高职英语课堂的授课范围往往是以班级为基本单位,实际上就是一个小型的组织,因此笔者自然将“学习型组织”的有关理论和方法创造性的引入高职英语课堂教学中,以提升学生的学习自主性,活跃课堂气氛,提高教学质量。本文通过回顾关于“学习型组织”的基本概念、相关学习模式,针对高职英语教学现状调查中显现出的问题,构建了一个应用“学习型组织”理论的,包含一系列原则与措施并适用于高职英语课堂教学的方法模式,尝试在高职英语课堂中建立“学中文摘要学习型组织视野下的课堂教学研究II习型班级”。这一模式被应用于教学实践来检验其可行性和有效性。整个实验持续一个学期,通过问卷、语言测试、个人报告及小组报告等工具取得了实验班和控制班的相关数据,并对数据进行了定量与定性的分析。数据分析表明,与控制班相比,实验班不仅成绩明显进步,而且学生自主学习的意识和能力均得到增强,学习兴趣得到提高,班级气氛也较以前大为改观,变得活跃融洽。实践证明,把“学习型组织”理论应用于高职英语课堂教学中,能够充分挖掘学生的学习潜力,培养其自主学习的习惯与能力,改善课堂教学气氛;对于提高高职英语教学质量和效率具有一定的参考意义。关键字:自主学习,学习型组织,学习型班级,高职英语教学作者:何雯指导老师:母小勇TheResearchofClassroomTeachingbasedontheperspectiveoflearningorganizationABSTRACTIIITheResearchofClassroomTeachingbasedonthePerspectiveofLearningOrganization——aCaseStudyontheEnglishTeachingofKunshanNo.1SecondaryVocationalSchool,JiangsuProvinceAbstractPromulgatedbythedepartmentoftertiaryeducationintheMinistryofEducation,TheBasicRequirementsfortheTeachingofEnglishasacourseinVocationalcolleges(Trail)hasdefinitelypointedoutthatvocationalcollegestudents-'--autonomouslearningabilityinEnglishshouldbecultivatedinordertolayafirmfoundationfortheirlifelonglearning.Thisisnotonlythedemandontalentsbythesocietaldevelopmentbutalsoarequirementforthelearnerthemselves.ThequalityofEnglishteachingiscloselyrelatedtotheclassroomteachingmethod,thestudents'activeparticipationinteaching,theclassroomatmosphere,etc.ThereformtoEnglishteachinginChinahasbeencalledforalongtime.However,accordingtoasurveyundertakenbythewriterinsixhigheroccupationschoolandcollegesinSuzhou,thepresentcollegeEnglishclassroomfornon-Englishmajorsisstillsomewhatteacher-centered.Theteachers'prelectiondominatestheclassandthereislittleactiveparticipationfromthestudents.Duetothelackofinteractionbetweentheteacherandthestudents,theclassroomatmospherebecomesdullanddepressing.Undersuchconditions,thestudents'learninginterestdilutesandtheybecomeoverdependentontheteacher,letaloneautonomouslearning,whichisharmfultothemasteryofEnglishinthelongrun.Thelearningorganizationtheoryhasemergedinthedomainofmanagementinrecentyears.Itwasoriginallyappliedtoenterprisesandcorporationstoenhancemanagementefficiencyandtoamendorganizationalstructures.Bydevelopinglearningatmospherethroughouttheorganizationandbringingeverymember'sactiveparticipationintofullplay,peoplecanestablishanorganizationwithsustainablelearningabilitiestoachievethesynergisticeffect,whichisfargreaterthanthesumoftheindividuals'work.SinceaclassABSTRACTTheResearchofClassroomTeachingbasedontheperspectiveoflearningorganizationIVisasmallorganizationtosomeextent,itispossibletointroducethelearningorganizationtheoryintohigheroccupationschoolEnglishclassroomteachingcontext,soastoactivatetheclassroomatmosphere,developthestudents'autonomouslearningandmaketheEnglishteachingmoreefficient.Basedontheproblemsidentifiedbythesurvey,withareviewofbasiclearningconceptsandthemainstreamlearningorganizationtheories,thisthesisconstructsanapproachbyapplyingthetheories,withanintentiontoestablishlearningclassincollegeEnglishteaching,inordertofindsolutionstotheidentifiedproblems.Theapproachwasappliedinactualteachingtofindoutwhetheritisfeasibleandeffective.Theteachingexperimentlastedforasemester.Thedataofbothexperimentalclassandcontrolclasswereobtainedandanalyzedatthequantitativeandqualitativelevel.TheresultsrevealgreaterprogressinEnglishachievementandbetterdevelopmenttowardlearnerautonomyintheexperimentalclasscomparedwiththecontrolclass.Theatmosphereintheexperimentalclasshasalsobeenimprovedtobeactiveandharmonious.ThefindingsoffertheevidencethattheapplicationoflearningorganizationtheoryintocollegeEnglishteachingiseffective.Theapproachcanhelpthestudentstocultivatetheirautonomouslearninghabitsandabilities,motivatetheirinteresttowardEnglishlearning,activatetheclassroomatmosphereandenhancetheteachingquality.ThewriterhopesthatthisthesiscanleadtomoreeffectiveandinnovativeEnglishteachingapproachesinthefuture.Keywords:autonomouslearning;learningorganization;learningclass;higheroccupationschoolEnglishteachingWrittenby:HeWenSupervisedby:MuXiaoyong目录第一章引言........................................................11.1选题的依据和意义..................................................11.1.1选题依据......................................................11.1.2选题意义......................................................21.2国内外相关研究综述................................................31.3课题研究对象、主要内容及方法...........
