对外经济贸易大学硕士学位论文如何培育和提升中国中小企业的核心竞争力姓名:齐宇清申请学位级别:硕士专业:企业管理指导教师:杨宝峰20040401121AbstractNow,therearenearly9millionsmediumandsmallsizedcompaniesthatisabout99%ofregisteredcompanyinChina.TheycreatedmorethanhalfofGNPandplayedveryimportantroleinthedevelopmentofoureconomy.Theypromotedthetransformationoftheeconomicconstruction,acceleratedthespeedofmarketizationandinternationalization,improvetheconstructionofcities,offeredmillionsofemploymentopportunitiesandabsorbedsurpluslaborsinthecities.Inaddition,theytookprofoundeffectinthedevelopmentofeconomy,prosperityofthemarket,raisethelevelofliving,changingtheconceptionandsoon.But,thedevelopmentspeedandthebenefitofmanymediumandsmallsizedcompaniessloweddown,therateoflossandbankruptincreased.TheyfacedwithseverepressandcompetitionaccompaniedwiththeglobalizationandthegraduallyfulfillofthecommitmentofWTO.Iftheywantedtosucceed,theymustbringupcorecompetence.Bringupthecorecompetencehaspracticallystrategicmeaningtogetridofthedifficultyandincreasethecompetitiveadvantage.Sohowtocarryouttheefficientstrategytobringupandincreasethecorecompetencebecametheurgentissuetobesolved.Thisarticleusessomedatafromtheliteraturesaccompaniedwithmyexperiencesinordertodosomeresearch.First,itexplainstheconceptionofthecorecompetenceanddiscussesthefeature,constitutionandmeaning.Thisbecomesthefirmbasisofthefollowingtheory.Second,accordingtothetypicaldatacombinedwiththepracticaloperation,thisarticledeeplyanalyzesthedevelopmentprocessandstatusquoofthesecompanies,andputsforwardsomesevereproblems.Theresearchindicates:lowtechnologyandlackofcreation;lowlevelofmanagementandlackofhumanresource;nolong-termstrategyandchooseindustrydirectionblindly;improperpropertyrightsystemandstructure;lackoffundanddifficultinfinancingarethemostimportantfiveproblemsthatleadtotheweaknessofthesecompanies.Third,thearticleputsforwardsomemeaningfulstrategiestobringupandimprovethecorecompetence.Duringthisprocess,themediumandsmallsizedcompaniesneedtopaymoreattentiontotherightpositionofthedevelopment,thecorecompetence,2theinnovationoftechnology,theconstructionofinformationsystem,cultureconstruction,growthofexcellententerprisers,anduseofthebeneficialpolicy.Duringtheimplementofthesestrategies,companiesshouldchangetheirfocusfromthediversificationoftheoutsideconditiontotheresourceofitselfandthecompetenceinordertoformuniquecorecompetence.ThisiswhyIwrotethisarticle.Thearticleabsorbsthenewestresearchdomesticandabroad,usesthecombinationofquantitativeanalysisandqualitativeanalysis,succeedandcreation,theoryandpractice.Ittrulyevaluatesthepast,analyzesthestatusquoandputforwardtheapplicablestrategies.Italsousesthedemonstration,forexample:whenitcomestothedifficultyoffinancing,itemployslotsofdatatodemonstratetheponderance.AndtakethedevelopmentofthemediumandsmallsizedcompaniesinZheJiangprovinceasanexampleintheexpatiationofterrainstrategy.Thefeatureofthisarticleis:First,demonstratetheexistenceofcorecompetenceintheChinesemediumandsmallsizedcompanies.Itquotedsomeideaswhichthinkthesecompaniesdon’thavecorecompetenceandquestionedit.Second,throughtheanalysisandresearchofthestatusquoofthesecompanies,itputsforwardsomemeaningfulmeasuresandstrategiesinordertoimprovethecorecompetence,especiallyinthesectionofthebringingupofcorecompetenceinstrategicsystem.TherearebigamountofmediumandsmallsizedcompaniesinChina.Thisteamplaysaveryimportantroleinthedevelopmentofoureconomy.Itenrichesthemeaningofeconomicconstructionanddrivethehigh-speeddevelopmentoftheeconomy.Onlythroughcorecompetencecanmakethecompanieskeephighlevelofreturnofinvestmentinalongterm,andthencreatecontinuouscompetitiveadvantage.Inall,usingbeneficialmeasures,improvingthetransformationofthesecompanies,bringingupthecorecompetencearethegatetothedevelopmentofthesecompanies.Asocietywithmanyactivecompaniesandprospereconomycankeephealthyandstableinalongterm.Keywordsmediumandsmallsizedcompanycorecompetence-1--2-2003320035-3--4-1.2.3.-5-4.5.6.7.20041311-6-8.-6-8.-7-20007-8-20041200084-9-200084-10--11-199920021-12-1.200411WTO20022120042181-13-2.3.-14-4.5.2002843-15--16--17-1.2.-18-3.19981995·1997-19-12002943-20--21-20033-22--23--24-20042-25--25--26--27--28--29-如何培育和提升中国中小企业的核心竞争力作者:齐宇清学位授予单位:对外经济贸易大学相似文献(10条)1.期刊论文沈友娣.Shenyoudi提升中小企业群核心竞争力的途径探索-经济问题探索2005,(10)企业集群形式,可以保持中小企业富有经营柔性的竞争优势,实现外部规模经济,具有整体竞争力.分析我国中小企业群的形成方式与成长过程,阐述中小企业群核心竞争力含义和内容,结合我国中小企业群的竞争力现状,指出提升中小企业群核心竞争力的途径.2.学位论文温春华新疆中小企业核心竞争力培育研究2006在市场经济条件下,中小企业与大企业一样已成为市场不可或缺的重要组成部分,其活跃程度标志着一个国家或地区经济活力的大小。从中外经济发展史看,中小企业是经济增长的重要推动力量,是国民就业的主要渠道,是社会的稳定器,同时也是经济中最活跃的微观实体。所谓中小企业一般是指规模较小或处于创业阶段和成长阶段的企业,广义的中小企业是指除按国家有关标准确认为大型企业以外的所有企业,即包括中小型法人企业,也包括个体企业。改革开放以来,特别是随着我国市场经济体制的逐步确立,新疆中小企业如雨后春笋,蓬勃兴起。它以其投资少,见效快,高就业,适应市场快,管理便捷等特点成为新疆经济领域的一只生力军,在保持社会稳定、缓解就业压力和加速国民经济发展等方面发挥了极其重要的作用。新疆中小企业经过多年的发展,呈现出一些显著特点:规模趋大、信息化建设已经起步、非公有经济是主力军等。但新疆中小企业与内地发达地区的知名中小企业相比,新疆中小企业无论在数量、规模,还在是技术和竞争力上都存在比较大的差距。新疆与内地发达地区经济的差距也在于中小企业核心竞争力没有得到全面的培育和充分的发展。在经济全球化的今天,竞争也全球化了。中国加入世贸组织,给新疆中小企业创造了更加公平的竞争环境――不同的企业站在同一起跑线上展开竞争。西部大开发、新疆新型工业化战略的推进,也给新疆中小企业提供了政策、资源和知识技术等方面的支持。但是这些机会伴随着挑战一起出现在新疆中小企业的面前,挑战来自新疆中小企业不仅要和新疆大型企业抢夺市场、资源
