氢气Hydrogen第2部分:纯氢、高纯氢和超纯氢Part2:Purehydrogen,highpurehydrogenandultrapurehydrogen1.范围Scope本部分规定了纯氢、高纯氢和超纯氢的技术要求、试验方法、包装标志、贮运及安全要求。Thissectionprovidesthetechnicalrequirements,testmethods,packingmarksandstoresafetyrequirementsofpurehydrogen,highpurityhydrogenandultra-purehydrogen.本部分适用于经吸附法、扩散法等制取的瓶装、集装格装和管道输送的氢气。它主要用于电子工业、石油化工、金属冶炼和科学研究等领域。Thissectionappliestothebottled,containerloadedandpipelinetransferredhydrogenmakingwithadsorptionanddiffusionmethod.Itismainlyusedinelectronicindustry,petrochemicalindustry,metalsmeltingandscientificresearch,etc.分子式:Molecularformula:H2.相对分子质量:2.01588(按2007年国际相对原子质量)。Molecularweight:2.01588(asper2007internationalrelativeatomicmass)2.规范性引用文件Thereferencefile下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。Thefollowingdocumentsforthisapplicationisindispensable.Everynoteddatereferencedocuments,onlyversionwithnoteddateissuitableforthisarticle.Anyreferencedocumentswithoutnoteddate,thelatestversion(includingallthemodifications)appliestothisdocument.GB/T3634.1-2006氢气第1部分:工业氢GB/T3634.1-2006Hydrogen-Part1:IndustrialHydrogenGB/T5832.3气体中微量水分的测定第3部分:光腔衰荡光谱法GB/T5832.3DeterminationoftracemoistureingasPart3:Opticalcavityring-downspectroscopyGB/T6285气体中微量氧的测定电化学法GB/T6285DeterminationelectrochemicalmethodoftraceO2ingas3要求Requirement3.1纯氢、高纯氢和超纯氢的技术要求应符合表1的规定。Technicalrequirementofpurehydrogen,highpurehydrogenandultrapurehydrogenshallmeetrequirementofTable1.表1纯氢、高纯氢和超纯氢的技术要求Table1Technicalrequirementofpurehydrogen,highpurehydrogenandultrapurehydrogenNameSpecificationPureH2HipureH2UltrapureH2H2purity(MVF)/10-2≥99.9999.99999.9999O2concentration(MVF)/10-6≤510.2Ar.concentration(MVF)/10-6≤DeterminebyvendorDeterminebyVendor0.2N2concentration(MVF)/10-6≤6050.4Coconcentration(MVF)/10-6≤510.1CO2concentration(MVF)/10-6≤510.1CH4concentration(MVF)/10-6≤1010.2H2Oconcentration(MVF)/10-6≤1030.5TotalImpurity(MVF)/10-6≤--1013.2除超纯氢外,由供需双方商定氩含量是否列人纯度计算。Inadditiontotheultrapurehydrogen,whetherargonconcentrationwillbelistedinpuritycalculationcanbedefinedbybothsupplierandbuyer.4规则Rule4.1连续、稳定生产的瓶装(或集装格装)纯氢、瓶装高纯氢以生产厂一个操作班生产的或一次充灌的产品组批,用户以同一车载里或同批进货量组批。每批产品的瓶数(或格数)不应超过300.Continuousandstableproductionofbottled(orcontainercased)purehydrogen,bottledhighpurityhydrogenwillbeabatchproducedbymanufacturer’soneoperationshiftoroncefillingproducts,userswillsetthebatchedproductwiththesametruckorsamebatchmaterial.Everybatchofbottlesnumbershouldnotexceed300.4.2瓶装或集装格装纯氢和瓶装高纯氢产品按表2规定的批量随机抽样检验,成批验收。当有任何一项指标的检验结果不符合本部分技术要求时,应重新加倍随机抽样检验,如果仍有任何一项指标不符合本部分技术要求时,则判该批产品不合格。4.2Bottledorcontainercasedpurehydrogenandbottledhighpurityhydrogenproductwillberandomsamplinginspectionasstipulatedinthetable2,acceptancebybatch.Ifanytestresultdoesnotconformtothetechnicalspecification,itshouldbedoublerandomsamplinginspection;anyindicationthatitstillhasthediscrepancywiththetechnicalrequirements,thisbatchofproductisdeemedasunqualified.表2瓶装或集装格装纯氢和瓶装高纯氢抽样表Table2BottledorcontainercasedpurehydrogenandbottledhighpurityhydrogenrandomchecklistBottleno.(Eachbatch)123-89-1516-2526-5051-150≻150Min.checkbottle(pureH2)12234567Min.checkbottle(HipureH2)12357911134.3集装格装高纯氢气产品应逐格检验验收。当检验结果有任何一项指标不符合本部分技术要求时,则判该产品不合格。Containercasedhighpurityhydrogenproductshouldbeinspectedforacceptancebyeachcase.Anyindicationthattheresulthasdiscrepancywiththetechnicalrequirements,thisbatchofproductisdeemedasunqualified.4.4超纯氢产品应逐一检查验收。当检验结果有任何一项指标不符合本标准技术要求时则判该产品不合格。Ultrapurehydrogenproductshouldbeinspectedforacceptanceonebyone.Anyindicationthattheresulthasdiscrepancywiththetechnicalrequirements,thisbatchofproductisdeemedasunqualified.4.5大容积无缝钢瓶装氢气产品应逐车检验并验收。当检验结果有任何一项指标不符合本标准技术要求时则判该车产品不合格。LargevolumeofseamlesssteelbottledH2productshallbeinspectedforacceptancebyeachtruck.Anyindicationthattheresulthasthediscrepancywiththetechnicalrequirements,thisbatchofproductisdeemedasunqualified.4.6稳定生产的管道输送的氢气每4h抽样检验一次。当检验结果有任何一项指标不符合本标准技术要求时则判该4h内产品不合格。PipelinedH2duringstableoperationshallberandominspectedevery4hours.Anyindicationthattheresulthasthediscrepancywiththetechnicalrequirements,thisbatchofproductwithinthis4hoursisdeemedasunqualified.5试验方法testmethod5.1氢纯度H2purity氢气纯度按式(1)计算:H2puritycalculationbasedonformula(1)φ=100-(φ1+φ2+φ3+φ4+φ5+φ6+φ7)X10-.4(1)式中:informula(1)φ―氢气纯度(体积分数),10-2;φ-H2purity(MVF),10-2φI氧含量(体积分数),10-6;φIO2concentration(MVF),10-6;φ2氩含量(体积分数),10-6;φ2ARconcentration(MVF),10-6φ3氮含量(体积分数),10-6;φ3N2concentration(MVF),10-6;φ4―一氧化碳含量(体积分数),10-6;φ4–Coconcentration(MVF),10-6φ5―二氧化碳含量(体积分数),106;φ5–CO2concentration(MVF),106φ6―甲烷含量(体积分数),10-6;φ6–CH4concentration(MVF),10-6φ7―水分含量(体积分数),10-6φ7–moistureconcentration(MVF),10-65.2氢中氧+氩,氮、一氧化碳、二氧化碳和甲烷含量的测定Determinationofoxygen+argon,nitrogen,carbonmonoxide,carbondioxideandmethaneconcentrationinhydrogen5.2.1采用氮离子化气相色谱法测定氢中氧+氩、氮、一氧化碳、二氧化碳和甲烷的含量。见附录A.Determinationofoxygen+argon,nitrogen,carbonmonoxide,carbondioxideandmethaneconcentrationinhydrogenbynitrogenIonizationgaschromatography.SeeAppendixA.5.2.2允许采用热导气相色谱法测定氢中氧+氩,氮烷含量;允许采用火焰离子化法测定氢中一氧化碳、二氧化碳和甲烷的含量。当仪器检测限无法满足分析要求时,可采用变温浓缩进样。参见附录B.Determinationofoxygen+argon,nitro
