纳雍县姑开乡田咪寨煤矿矿井水文地质调查报告贵州省黔美基础工程公司二〇一一年十一月纳雍县姑开乡田咪寨煤矿矿井水文地质调查报告拟编:罗春晓审核:肖丽佳制图:杨梅平总工程师:罗福义队长:李国华证书类型:水文地质、工程地质、环境地质调查丙级证书编号:52200811500027报告编制单位:贵州省黔美基础工程公司报告提交时间:二〇一一年十一月-i-目录第一章概况················································································-4-第一节目的···········································································-4-第二节任务···········································································-4-第二章矿井及井田概况·································································-5-第一节矿井及井田基本情况······················································-5-第二节矿井位置与交通····························································-5-第三节地形地貌·····································································-6-第四节气象、水文··································································-6-第五节地震·········································································-6-第六节矿井排水设施能力现状···················································-7-第三章以往地质和水文地质工作评述···············································-8-第一节以往地质和水文地质工作················································-8-第二节以往地质和水文地质工作评述··········································-8-第三节本次工作情况·······························································-8-第四章地质概况··········································································-9-第一节地层·········································································-9-第二节构造········································································-12-第五章区域水文地质···································································-16-第六章井田水文地质···································································-18-第一节井田边界及其水力性质··················································-18-第二节含水层·······································································-18-第三节隔水层·······································································-19-第四节矿井充水条件······························································-19-第五节井田及周边地区老窑水分布状况······································-21-第六节矿井充水状况······························································-21-第七章对矿井开采受水害影响程度和防治工作难易程度的评价············-22-第一节对矿井开采受水害影响程度的评价···································-22-第二节对矿井防治水工作难易程度的评价···································-23-第八章矿井水文地质类型的划分及对防治水工作的建议······················-25-第一节矿井水文地质类型的划分···············································-25-第二节对防治水工作的建议·····················································-25--ii-附件:1、委托书2、采矿许可证副本3、编制单位资质证书附图:图号顺序号图名比例尺11纳雍县姑开乡田咪寨煤矿矿井综合水文地质图1:500022纳雍县姑开乡田咪寨煤矿矿井水文地质剖面图1:500033纳雍县姑开乡田咪寨煤矿矿井充水性图1:500044纳雍县姑开乡田咪寨煤矿水文地质综合柱状图1:500-4-第一章概况第一节目的近年来,我省小煤矿水害事故频发,造成了一定的人员伤亡及经济损失。为加强对煤矿水害防治工作的监管,督促各矿做好水害防治工作,有效避免煤矿水害的发生,2007年贵州省煤炭管理局、贵州省安全生产监督管理局、贵州省煤矿安全监察局三个部门联合下发《关于加强小煤矿水害防治工作的通知》(黔煤办字[2007]37号)文件,要求在全省各地方煤矿进行水文地质调查,2009年国家安全生产监督管理总局第28号令颁布了《煤矿防治水规定》,贵州省予以转发,2011年4月贵州省安监局颁发了《关于开展全省煤矿瓦斯和水害防治技术会诊的通知》(黔安监办[2011]54号)的文件,要求对全省煤矿的水害进行排查,补充完善水文地质资料,为防治水方案提出确切的依据,杜绝水害发生。受纳雍县姑开乡田咪寨煤矿委托,贵州省黔美基础工程公司对纳雍县姑开乡田咪寨煤矿开展水文地质调查工作,其目的是结合原有矿井水文地质资料及近几年生产变化情况,进一步查明矿井因生产开采而影响变化的水文地质条件及矿井充水因素,预测矿井涌水量,为矿井建设和安全生产提供水文地质资料。第二节任务此次调查的主要任务是:1、收集矿区以往勘探资料及矿井开采及采空区的有关资料;2、调查矿区气象、水文及地形地貌等自然地理情况;3、调查矿井井界范围内及以外100m内老窑老硐、废弃井巷的位置,开采范围、开采年限,并对积水情况进行预测;4、调查矿界内水文地质条件,特别是含水层和隔水层特征,断层富水、导水性;5、分析充水因素,论述充水特征;6、划分矿井水文地质类型;7、对矿井涌水量进行分析预算,并实地进行矿井涌水量观测,提出矿井防治水方案;8、提交矿井水文地质调查报告及相关图件。-5-第二章矿井及井田概况第一节矿井及井田基本情况田咪寨煤矿于2007年6月取得采矿证(证书编号为:5200000711291)是年生产能力9万t/a的在建矿井,设计生产能力9万吨/年,企业性质为私营,开采矿种为煤炭,矿区面积为2.4834km2。纳雍县姑开乡田咪寨煤矿是根据纳雍县煤炭资源开发利用规划批准年产9万吨的在建矿井项目。矿山开采方式为地下开采,斜井开拓方式,走向长壁后退式采煤方法,自矿山建井至今,主要井筒建成主斜井1个,行人斜井1个,回风斜井1个。矿区主要开采煤层为5#、6#、13#煤层。第二节矿井位置与交通田咪寨煤矿位于纳雍县城北西直线距离约36公里,行政区划属姑开乡管辖。由纳雍城关至田咪寨有乡村公路相通,公路从矿区中部通过,姑开乡至毕节、赫章、六盘水有县、乡道公路,交通较为方便。(见交通位置图)。矿区范围地理坐标:东经:105°02′15″-105°03′30″北纬:26°56′30″-26°57′15″其法定矿界拐点坐标见下表:表1-1纳雍县田咪寨煤矿拐点坐标点号XY12982606.2035505792.3022981682.2035505792.7032981682.6035505378.9042981220.9035505379.1052981220.3035503724.0062982143.7035503723.7072982143.8035504137.5082982605.5035504137.30-6-交通位置图第三节地形地貌矿区属高山侵蚀地貌,煤系地层出露地段相对较缓,总体地貌形态呈走向北东——南西山脉,剖面上呈南高北低,走向上较为平缓,倾向上为北西低南东高,矿区位于高山斜坡变缓地带,海拔高程在1568.0—2288.5米,相对高差720.5米。最低点位于矿区北西朱家岩洞,海拔高程1568.0米,最高点位于矿区南东石大人梁子,海拔高程2288.5米。第四节气象、水文一、气象矿区属中亚热带季风气候区,因受南、北气流和高原地貌的双重制约,季节更替不分明,气温变化也不大,冬无严寒,夏无酷署,属温和气候区,平均风速为2.3m/s,最大风速为20.0m/s,风向多为东风。据历年气象资料,极端最高气温为38℃,极端最低气温-3℃,年平均气温13.5℃,无霜期265d。区内雨量-7-充沛,年平均降雨量1250mm,多集中在5~8月,此段时间内降雨量累计可达670~680mm。二、水文区域上处于长江流域乌江水系六冲河支流,普查区范围位于金盆复式向斜北西翼中部,可作为一个单独水文地质单元。边缘水系不甚发育。没有大的沟谷影响普查区,区内地表水流量随季节性变化较大。第五节地震据国家地震局1992年颁发的《中国地震烈度区划图(1990)》,该矿区地震烈度小于Ⅵ度,据了解不会造成该地区活性断裂。第六节矿井排水设施能力现状本矿区设计水仓净断面积6.29m²,掘进断面积7.62m²,水仓要求设主副水仓,考虑到矿井存在老窑水,设计主水仓长度取72m,有效容量452.88m3,副水仓长度取35m,有效容量220.15m3。选用三台MD85-45×4型多级分段式离心泵3台(一台工作、一台备用,一台检修),其流量为85m³/h,总扬程为180m,功率75kW。上述水泵选择3台(其中一台工作、一台备用、一台检修)作为井底水仓排水用。见矿井充水性图(附图3)。图2-1田咪寨煤矿区域水系分布示意图-8-第三章以往地质和水文地质工作评述第一节以往地质和水文地质工作1、1972年由六盘水煤田地勘公司地测大队提交了《织纳煤田地质普查找煤报告》,2、1973年贵州省地矿局区调队开展毕节幅1:20万区域地质调查,对区内煤层、地层、构造、火成岩等作概略、系统了解,提交了1:20万毕节幅区域调查报告;3、1974年贵州省煤田地质勘探公司地质测绘大队编有《贵州省毕赫纳地区普查报告》,报告对该区的地层、构造、煤层、煤质有进一步了解。4、2000年12月由贵州省煤田地质局地质勘查研究院提交《贵州省纳雍煤田地质图说明书》为本次矿区普查工作提供了坚实的基础资料。5、2011年5月由毕节区地方煤矿勘测设计队提交的纳雍县姑开乡田咪寨煤矿安
