SuzhouTaihuGolfHotel苏州太湖高尔夫酒店PolicyNumber序号：ENG-003EffectiveDate生效:Policy&Procedure政策和程序SupersedesNo.废止号:PreparedBy制定:JAMJIN电工岗位职责ApprovedBy审核:Distributeto发放:AllDept.Heads&HotelExecutiveUPolicy&Procedure政策和程序POLICYSTATEMENT政策声明：苏州太高尔酒店工程部所有人员均制定了岗位职责Objective目的：明确该职位人员的责任与义务PROCEDURES程序：JobSummary/岗位概述Torespondtojobassignmentsintherepairing,installation,preventivemaintenanceanddaytodayoperationofallelectricalpowerdistribution&lightingsystemwhichincludehightensionswitchgears,transformers,lowtensionswitchgears,protectivecontrolcircuitforoverload,earthfaultetc,KWHmetering,powerfactorcorrectioncapacitorsbank,DCchargerpanel,emergencygenerator,electroniclightdimmersystem,lightingarrestor,etcinaproductiveandcosteffectivemannersoastomaintainthesysteminamostefficientandoptimumcondition.电工要及时进行维修，安装，预防维护以及日常配电和灯光照明系统运行情况，包括酒店内高压开关，变压器，低压开关，过压保护电路，接地保护，电量计量表，辅偿电容器，直流充电装置，柴油发电机，弱电调光器,避雷器设备等，保持设备在高效和经济的运行状态。Duties&Responsibilities/职责义务1.Toexecuteallworksassignedinaccordancewiththeguidelineandpolicesandprocedures,especiallyinrelationtofireandlifesafety.按照饭店指导原则，规定和标准程序开展工作，特别要注意与消防生命安全程序的有关项目。2.Toexecutepreventivemaintenanceandrepairinaccordancewiththeguidelinebyengineerandmanufacturer'srecommendations.开展预防维护工作以及按照工程师的指令和生产商建议维修设备。。3.Toperformemergencydutiesasperoutlinedunderemergencyprocedure.在紧急情况下按照紧急程序开展工作4.Tofamiliarwithalltheelectricalpowerdistributionandlightingsystems,itsoperatingrequirementandcharacteristics,soastooperateinstrictcompliancewithrequirement了解掌握酒店配电和灯光系统以及设备的运行要求和特性，严格按照设备要求和特性操作设备5.Toattendonthejobtraining进行在岗培训。6.Topracticeduringcourseofduty.在工作中执行顾客满意标准7．Toattendtoguestrequestandcomplaintspromptlyandefficientlytoavoidinconvenienceordiscomfort对客人要求和投诉及时做出反应避免造成客人不便或不安8．Topracticeandmakerecommendationstoengineeronenergyconservationimprovement在节能方面进行执行和提出合理改良建议9．ToperformallotherdutiesasmaybeassignedbyChiefEngineer，Asst.ChiefEngineer.执行总工程师，副总工程师安排的其它工作10．Toassisttheothertradeswhereisrequested必要时帮助工程部其它工种组工作SuzhouTaihuGolfHotel苏州太湖高尔夫酒店PolicyNumber序号：ENG-003EffectiveDate生效:Policy&Procedure政策和程序SupersedesNo.废止号:PreparedBy制定:JAMJIN电工岗位职责ApprovedBy审核:Distributeto发放:AllDept.Heads&HotelExecutiveU11．Toinspectallelectricalsystemsandmakeoperationstatusrecordsasperinspectionlist.Tocorrectandreportoperationdeficiency,unusualeventsandsafetyhazardsconditionstoengineer.Toconstantlyassessthepreventivemaintenanceschedule,methodofmaintenance,toensurethatequipmentlongevity,avoidanceofrepairsanddowntime,easeofoperation,andefficiencyareallbeingmaximizedpursuanttomanufacturingrecommendations按照工作检查表检查强电设备运行情况并做好记录工作。维修和上报设备运行缺陷，不寻常的运行情况和安全隐患。经常回顾预防维修检查表和维护方式，保证设备长期稳定的运行，避免紧急修理和故障停机，安全运行，和根据生产手册高效运行12.Tomaintaintoolsandequipmentproperlyandkeeptheworkplacecleansandtidy.保持维修工具，设备和工作区域的清洁。13.Toperformshiftandovertimedutieswhennecessary.开展本班次工作和必要时延时工。14.Tocoordinatewithpropertyandelectricalbureauforpowerswitchingandannualinspectionandinstrumentscalibration..做好饭店和电业局的协调工作，保证酒店电力转换，年检和设备检定工作。15.Tomonitorpreventivemaintenanceworksdonebyelevator/escalatorcontractors..对电梯/扶梯维修人员工作进行管理。16..AbidebytheSuzhouTaihuGlofHotelCodeofConduct..遵守苏州太湖高尔夫酒店商业行为规范。17.AbidebytheSuzhouTaihuGlofHotelAssociatesHandbook.遵守苏州太湖高尔夫酒店员工手则。18.AbidebySuzhouTaihuGlofHotelpoliciesandprocedures..遵守苏州太湖高尔夫酒店政策及执行程序。JobKnowledge/Skill专业知识技能1.Goodknowledgeandhandonskillsofelectricalsystemoperation,repairandmaintenance.良好强电知识和全面掌握电力设备运行，维修和维护技能。2.Knowledgeandhandonskillofre-windingofelectricalmotor具有电机重新缠绕线圈的知识和能力。Education/教育:Technicalvocationalinstitutetrainingingeneralelectricalsystemsrepairs&maintenance.正规电力职业学校毕业，专业掌握电力系统维修和维护知识。Experience/经验:Min.3yearsworkingexperienceinelectricalsystempreferablywithhospitalityindustry至少3年在酒店作电工的工作经验。
