保持页眉空白，会议排版统一使用保持页脚空白，会议排版统一使用钢板涂镀层中六价铬的检测研究张家琪，朱子平，王君祥（宝钢分公司制造管理部，上海200941）摘要：欧盟RoHS指令对2006年7月1日投放欧盟市场的电子电气设备中六价铬等六种有害物质作了限制规定，引发了国内外对材料和产品中有害物质含量的调研和环保产品的开发，由此对六价铬等有害物质的检测提出了需求。本文拟对目前国内外普遍采用的EPA3060和ISO3613六价铬检测标准在钢板涂镀层中六价铬检测的适用性和标准的应用进行阐述；对钢板涂镀层中六价铬检测存在的问题进行分析；针对RoHS指令中对“均质材料”规定和用户对涂镀层中六价铬含量测定的需求，对镀锌板和电工钢等钢铁产品准确溶解剥离涂镀层和定量测定各涂镀层重量，以及准确测定涂镀层中六价铬含量的相关情况进行了分析和研究。关键词：涂镀；钢板；六价铬；检测StudyonDeterminationofHex-ChromintheCoatingofSteelSheetZHANGJiaqi,ZHUZiping,WangJunxiang(ManufacturingManagementDepartment,BaosteelBranch,Shanghai200941,China)Abstract:TheEURoHSDirectivehavearestrictionregulationofsixhazardoussubstancessuchashexavalentchromiuminelectricalandelectricequipmentwhichwillbeintroducedinEUmarketafter1stJuly,2006.Thisengagesalotofworldwideresearchanddevelopmentworksondeterminationofhazardoussubstancesintherelativematerialsandproducts,andtodeterminatethehexavalentchromiuminthisareabecomesmoreimportantthanbefore.Thispaperreviewsthesuitabilityofhexavalentchromiumdeterminationmethodstandardsthatbeencommonlyused,suchasEPA3060andISO3613,commentsontheapplicationofthesestandardsforcoatingsteelsheet.Theproblemsexistedinthedeterminationareanalyzed.Tomeettheregulationof‘homogeneitymaterials’intheEURoHSDirectiveandtheclientrequirementforhexavalentchromiuminthecoatingsteelsheet,andwiththegalvanizedzincsteelsheetandelectricsteelsheet,thesituationtoproperlydissoluteandweighofthecoating,andaccuratelydeterminatethehexavalentchromiuminthecoatinghasbeenanalyzedandstuded.Keywords:coating,steelsheet,hexavalentchromium,determination
