1T日本工业规格JIS耐高大气腐蚀轧制钢材JISG3125:2004(JISF)2005年3月20日修改日本工业标准调查委员会审议(日本标准协会发行)2前言日本工业规格(JIS),日语又把JIS音译为ジス,是由日本工业标准调查会(JISC)组织制定和审议。JIS是日本国家级标准中最重要、最权威的标准根据日本工业标准化法的规定,JIS标准对象除对药品、农药、化学肥料、蚕丝、食品以及其他农林产品制定有专门的标准或技术规格外,还涉及到各个工业领域。其内容包括:产品标准(产品形状、尺寸、质量、性能等)、方法标准(试验、分析、检测与测量方法和操作标准等)、基础标准(术语、符号、单位、优先数等)。专业包括:建筑、机械、电气、冶金、运输、化工、采矿、纺织、造纸、医疗设备、陶瓷及日用品、信息技术等。1990年以来,JIS标准总数一直保持在8200个左右。其中:产品标准约4000个,方法标准1600个,基础标准2800个。截至2006年3月底,共有现行JIS标准9728个。目录序文1···············································································································11.适用范围········································································································12.引用标准········································································································13.种类及标记·····································································································14.化学成分········································································································15.机械性能········································································································26.形状、尺寸、重量及容许偏差·······································································27.外观················································································································28.试验···············································································································28.1分析试验·······································································································28.2机械试验······································································································29.检查·················································································································39.1检查··············································································································39.2再检查··········································································································310.表示···············································································································311.报告················································································································3附件1(规定)试样的采取位置········································································5附件2(参考)与JIS对应的国际标准对比表···················································6解说······················································································································93T日本工业规格JIS耐高大气腐蚀轧制钢材JISG3125:2004序言:这个标准是1998年作为第2版发行的ISO5952:1998,翻译成,变更技术性内容,制成日本工业标准。这个标准中划有侧线的部分是变更原来国际标准的事项。变更一览表附带说明,参考附件2。1、适用范围本标准适用于车辆、建筑、铁塔及其它结构件用的耐大气腐蚀性能特别优良的轧制钢材(以下称钢材)。备注1.所谓的耐大气性就是具有在大气中耐腐蚀的性质。2.这个标准的对应国际规格如下:表示对应程度的标记是以ISO/IECGuide21为基准,IDT(一致)、MOP(修改)、NEO(不相同)。ISO5952:1998,(MOD)2、引用标准附表中显示的标准是这个标准引用的内容,构成这个标准的一部分。这些引用标准,适用于最新版(包括追加部分)。3、种类及牌号钢材的种类有两种,其牌号如表1所示。表1牌号牌号使用厚度,mmSPA-H≤16的热轧钢板、带钢及型钢SPA-C≥0.6~2.3的冷轧钢板及带钢4、化学成分钢材按8.1条进行试验,其熔炼分析值按表2的规定表2化学成分化学成分%牌号CSiMnPSCuCrNiSPA-HSPA-C≤0.120.20~0.75≤0.60.070~0.150≤0.0350.25~0.550.30~1.25≤0.65注:1.根据双方协议,Mn上限在1.0%以上也可以。但是,型钢Mn的上限可按协议规定。2.必要时,可添加表2以外的合金元素5、机械性能钢材按8.2条进行试验,其屈服点或屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率及弯曲性能按4表3的规定。弯曲实验时,试样弯曲部外侧不得产生裂纹。表3机械性能弯曲性能牌号钢材尺寸屈服点或强屈服度N/mmP2P强抗拉度N/mmP2P试样抗拉延伸率%弯曲角度侧内半径试样厚度≤6.0mm的钢板济钢带≥355≥490(P1P)5号22180∘厚度的0.5倍(P2P)SPA-H钢型、厚度6.0钢的板钢带及≥355≥4901A号15180∘厚度的1.5倍1轧号制方向SPA-C≥315≥4505号26180∘厚度的0.5倍3轧号制方向注:(P1P)关于SPA-H厚度不到3mm的钢板及带钢,根据供需双方的协议,≥510N/mmP2P也可以。(P2P关)于SPA-H厚度≤6.0mm的钢板及带钢,根据供需双方的协议,可将内侧半径规定为厚度的1.0倍6、形状、尺寸、重量及允许偏差钢材形状、尺寸、重量及允许偏差按JISG3192、JISG3193或JISG3141规定关于SPA-H的钢板和带钢的长度,切边宽度的允许偏差及SPA-C的厚度、宽度及长度的允许偏差以及不平度,若无特殊要求时,按允许偏差A的规定。7、外观:钢材的外观按JISG3192、JISG3193或JISG3141的规定。8、试验8.1分析试验分析试验按如下规定a)分析试验的一般规则及分析试样的采取方法,按JISG0404的7.6(试样采取条件及试样)及8.(化学成分)。b)分析方法按以下标准任选JISG1211JISG1212JISG1213JISG1214JISG1215JISG1216JISG1217JISG1219JISG1238JISG12535JISG1256JISG1217JISG12588.2机械试验8.2.1试验的一般规则机械试验的一般规则按JISG0404的第9条规定。但试样的数量及实验材料的采取方法按下列规定a)拉伸试样及弯曲试样的数量(1热轧钢板:属同一炉钢液,最大厚度在最小厚度的2倍以内者,合起来从中各取一个。但超过50吨时,各取两个。2)热轧钢板及带钢的裁切板:属同一炉钢液,同一厚度者,合起来从中各取一个。但超过50吨时,各取两个。3钢)型:属同一炉钢液及同一断面性状,最大厚度在最小厚度的2倍以内者,合起来从中各取一个。但超过50吨时,各取两个。4轧钢钢带)冷板及:属同一炉钢液、同以厚度、同一轧制条件及同一热处理条件者,合起来从中各取一个。但超过50吨时,各取两个。b)试样试样拉伸及弯曲的采取位置按照JISG0416的附件A规定。但是也可以适用于附件1。8.2.2试样试样试样规拉伸及弯曲按以下定JISZ2201中的1A号或5试样号JISZ2204中的1号或3试样号8.2.3试验方法试验试验拉伸及弯曲的方法按JISZ2241或JISZ2248规定。9检验、9.1检验规按以下定a)须化学成分:必符合第4规条定b)须机械性能:必符合第5规条定c)质须形状、尺寸及量:必符合第6规条定d)观须外:必符合第7规条定e)试样规时对试验实值拉伸不能按定尺寸采取,于拉伸的施或其等,由供需双协议规方定。9.2检查再试验钢机械不合格的材,按照JISG0404的第9.8项进实验,行再,决定是否合格。10标、志经检验钢须每钢每标项合格的材,必按一材或一捆,用适当的方法明下列各内6证订货项容,但得者同意后,可省略下列目中的一部分。a)牌号b)检验炉号或号c)规尺寸格d)缩制造厂名或其写e)每钢钢带捆的数量或重量(板或)11、报告报告按JISG0404的13规购时检查报种条定。但定没有特殊制定的,告的类取JISG0415的表1检查报总汇(告的表)的牌号2.3协议实验报(双方告)或3.1.B试验报书(告3.1.B)。此外,采用表2注2规时应实验报记的定,在告表上附添加元素的含量。附表标引用准JISG0404钢检验则材通JISG0415钢产检验及品表JISG0416钢产及品-试验试试样样调机械用供材料及的取位置及制JISG1211(钢铁中含碳量分析方法)JISG1212(钢铁中含硅量分析方法)JISG1213(钢铁中含锰量分析方法)JISG1214(钢铁中含磷量分析方法)JISG1215(钢铁中含硫量分析方法)JISG1216(钢铁中含镍量分析方法)JISG1217(钢铁中含铬量分析方法)JISG1219(钢铁中含铜量分析方法)JISG1238(钢铁中含铬量分析方法—电位差或目视滴定法)JISG1253(钢铁光电发射光谱分析方法)JISG1256(钢铁X
