14《国家电网公司兼职培训师认证培训专用教材》丛书编委会主任:费耀山副主任:王立新委员:刘汝水杨健高建国陈祖坤王付生张卫苏庆民丁梅谢峰张景霞《国家电网公司兼职培训师认证培训专用教材初级兼职培训师》本书编写组主编:张景霞副主编:朱国进谷胜男成员:谢峰马桂芬李丽李倩5《国家电网公司兼职培训师认证培训专用教材》丛书专家评审组组长:国网四川省电力公司技能培训中心张冰成员:国网江苏省电力公司生产技能培训中心李群雄国网辽宁省电力有限公司大连培训中心于振安国网河北省电力公司培训中心王民国网河南省电力公司技能培训中心郭海云国家电网公司高级培训中心申淑芳6丛书前言国家电网公司(以下简称公司)多年来大力实施“人才强企”战略,不断加大教育培训工作力度,逐步建立了覆盖全员的集约化教育培训体系,为公司员工队伍素质提升做出了卓越贡献。近年来,公司不断深化“两个转变”,全面推进“三集五大”体系建设,着力构建“一特四大”电力供应新体系,全力建设“世界一流电网、国际一流企业”。公司事业的快速发展,对人才培养工作提出了新的更高的要求。充分挖掘公司内部人才资源优势,逐步建设一支业务精湛、素质优良、结构合理、规模适当的兼职培训师队伍,支持公司的知识创新和技能传承,是符合现代企业教育培训规律的正确选择。为规范公司系统兼职培训师培训和资格认证工作,公司人力资源部组织编制了《国家电网公司兼职培训师任职资格标准》和《国家电网公司兼职培训师培训标准》,国网技术学院组织开发了配套培训教材。教材开发过程中坚持了以下原则:一是系统性和针对性相结合的原则。公司建立了兼职培训师分级分类管理制度,根据业务分工,兼职培训师分为3大类36个专业小类。根据培训能力,兼职培训师分为初级、中级、高级三个管理层级。本套教材以知识点和技能项为切入点,充分考虑不同起点的兼职培训师认证培训需求,采用任务导向模式,分层次、有针对性地提炼模块内容,高级别知识和技能梯次向下覆盖,分别形成面向初级兼职培训师、中级兼职培训师、高级兼职培训师的认证培训系列教材。二是实用性与前瞻性相结合的原则。本套教材充分考虑兼职培训师候选人群(优秀经营管理人员、各级专家人才等)的实际情况,从成人学习心理规律入手,提供基本的培训教学方法,指导基本培训能力提升训练,具有很强的实用性。同时,注意借鉴先进的培训理念,依靠厚实的培训经验引导,结合公司的实际培训工作需要,进行了创新和应用研究,力争兼顾培训的阶段性目标和长远目标,为兼职培训师职业拓展提供帮助。三是统一性与灵活性相结合的原则。本套教材采用统一的模块化结构,相同模块在不同层级的教材中采用统一的逻辑和语言风格,力求用简单的方法、关联度高的语言表述有用的知识和技能。教材兼顾集中培训课时数以及自学的延伸性因素,在培训内容上进行了适度的纵向挖掘、横向延伸、多方联系,使认证培训工作更具灵活性,为实现定制化培训提供了依据。根据《国家电网公司兼职培训师任职资格标准》和《国家电网公司兼职培训师培训标准》,兼职培训师的知识和能力分为5个大模块,分别是:培训职种的知识和技能(A)、培训师基本知识和技能(B)、培训教学能力(C)、培训管理能力(D)、培训师职业素养(E)。兼职培训师培训和认证,重点关注其培训业务能力,默认其在申报专业(培训职种)方面具有合7格的专业知识和技能。因此,教材内容只包含B、C、D、E共4个大模块及其37个子模块。教材系统梳理了培训教学的基本理论和基本方法,整理了一些来自培训教学实践的案例,提供了培训业务文档模板及考核评价要素。注重理论与实践相结合,力求将严谨的理论通俗化、简约化,增强教材的可读性,以适应员工网上自学的要求。本套教材对于公司员工参加认证培训具有指导作用,对于兼职培训师开展培训教学工作有参考价值,对于专职培训师和培训管理人员有效开展工作也有借鉴作用。国网技术学院张景霞、谢峰、朱国进、马桂芬、李丽、谷胜男、李倩分工完成编写任务,苏庆民、王付生、丁梅完成了内部审核。公司人资部组织专家组对教材与培训标准的符合性、教材内容的科学性和教材编排的规范性等进行了面对面集中评审,提出了针对性的修改完善意见,并对最终成果给予较高评价。由于编者能力、见识的局限,书中定有不妥和疏漏之处,敬请读者批评指正。教材编写得到了国网江苏省电力公司、国家电网公司管理学院的大力支持和帮助,在此表示感谢!编者2013年9月2目录丛书前言B培训师基本知识技能···············································································································1B1基础知识··································································································································1B1-1成人教育心理基本理论··································································································1B1-4公司培训制度、标准及规范························································································13B2基本技能································································································································17B2-1普通话·························································································································17B2-2语言表达·····················································································································19B2-3沟通与协调···················································································································27B2-5多媒体课件制作··········································································································38C培训教学设计·························································································································75C1教学设计································································································································75C1-1培训目标与内容设计··································································································75C1-2培训教学过程与方法设计··························································································79C1-3培训考核设计方法······································································································83C1-4培训教案及说课··········································································································86C2理论教学································································································································89C2-1组织教学···················································································································89C2-2理论授课的基本方法··································································································94C2-3变化与调控···············································································································102C2-4反馈与矫正···············································································································105C2-5学法指导···················································································································108C3实训教学·······························································································································111C3-1组织实训····················································································································111C3-2实训课教学方法·········································································································114C3-3实训指导与评价方法·································································································115C4教学改进········································································································
