中国东盟自由贸易区对中国对外直接投资的作用研究摘要：区域经济一体化趋势的快速发展以及全球经济的不断变化，区域经济一体化越来越被国际社会所认可，全球化和经济化已成为世界经济发展的必然趋势，区域一体化的发展使得国际区域内直接投资差生了很大的影响，对于国球资本以及区域资本的流动产生了较大的影响。随着经济全球化的发展，不同国家之间的自由贸易区也迅速发展，自由贸易区即是由若干个关税主体相互结合，在局部地区对大部分甚至全部相互贸易的商品，进行规划和实施关税削减以及贸易便利化等措施。由于自由贸易区谈判涉及成员数比WTO谈判时少得多，谈判会更加自愿，因此比较容易达成一致。自1990年代以来，全世界签署的FTA数目不断攀升。2002年以来中国——东盟自由贸易的逐步建立和完善，使得亚洲经济有了新的合作平台，亚洲经济也开始向区域化经济发展迈进。中国东盟贸易区的建立不仅仅使得双方贸易合作更加紧密，同时中国也成为区域内投资的主要目标。另一方面，中国也成为东盟其他各国家的主要投资者之一。《中国-东盟全面合作框架协议》和《投资协议》的签订成为中国和东盟各国发展经济的主要依据，这也表示出了中国东盟之一亚洲经济发展中最为重要的合作区域建立统一市场以及实现自由投资的决定。本文立足于中国东盟自由贸易区，对中国东盟之间的贸易情况发展以及投资状况进行了详细的分析论述。然后对中国东盟自由贸易区建立之后双边的投资情况进行了实证性的分析，选取2011年中国东盟直接投资的相关数据进行了回归分析，通过模型的分析以及对模型的修正得出了本文的研究结果，研究结果表明，目前中国-东盟自由贸易区对直接投资的经济增长效应比较明显，但对投资转移、创造效应尤其是创造效应影响不大，对市场扩大效应影响也不大。针对目前中国-东盟自由贸易区的直接投资效应不明显，提出了相应的对策，以便扩大自由贸易区对直接投资的影响效应，从而反过来促进自由贸易区的发展。关键词：中国东盟自由贸易区，对外直接投资，研究Abstract:withtherapiddevelopmentofthetrendofregionaleconomicintegrationandtherapidchangesintheglobaleconomy,hasbecomemoreandmorerecognizedbytheinternationalcommunity,globalizationandeconomyhasbecometheinevitabletrendofworldeconomicdevelopment,thedevelopmentofregionalintegrationmakestheinternationalregionaldirectinvestment.Thegreatinfluenceoftheball,forcapitalandregionalcapitalflowproducedgreatinfluence.Withthedevelopmentofeconomicglobalization,thefreetradeareabetweendifferentcountriesisdevelopingrapidly,thefreetradezonewhichiscomposedofapluralityoftariffsubjectcombinedwitheachother,inthelocalareaforallormostoftheirmutualtradeingoods,planningandimplementationoftariffreductionandtradefacilitationmeasures.BecauseofthefreetradeareanegotiationsinvolvingthemembershipnegotiationswithmuchlessthanWTO,thenegotiationswillbevoluntary,andthereforeeasiertoreachagreement.Since1990time,thenumberofFTAallovertheworldtosignrising.Since2002China--ASEANfreetradegraduallyestablishedandperfected,theAsianeconomyhasanewplatformforcooperation,Asianeconomiesarealsobegantoregionaleconomicdevelopmentforward.EstablishingChinaASEANfreetradeareanotonlymakesthebilateraltradecooperationmoreclosely,whileChinahasbecomethemaintargetofregionalinvestment.Ontheotherhand,ChinahasbecomeoneofthemaininvestorsinotherASEANcountries.ChinaandtheASEANcountriesbecometheeconomicdevelopmentofChina-ASEANcomprehensivecooperationframeworkagreementandinvestmentagreementwassigned,whichalsoexpressedChinaASEANoneofAsia'seconomicdevelopmentisthemostimportanttoestablishaunifiedregionalmarketandachievefreeinvestmentdecision.ThispaperisbasedontheChinaASEANFreeTradeArea,thetradebetweenChinaandASEANDevelopmentandinvestmentconditionwasdiscussedindetail.ThenthepositiveanalysisofChinaASEANFreeTradeAreaaftertheestablishmentofbilateralinvestmentsituation,relateddatafrom2011ChinaASEANdirectinvestmentintheregressionanalysis,throughtheanalysisofthemodelandmodifythemodelthattheresultsofthisstudy,researchresultsshowthat,thedirectinvestmentfortheeconomicgrowthofChina-ASEANfreetradeareaisobvious,buttheinvestmenttransfer,creatingeffectespeciallycreationeffectisnotaffected,themarketexpansioneffect,theimpactisnotgreat.AccordingtothedirectinvestmenteffectofChina-ASEANfreetradeareaisnotobvious,andputforwardcorrespondingcountermeasures,soastoenlargetheeffectoffreetradeareaondirectinvestment,whichinturntopromotethedevelopmentoffreetradearea.Keywords:ChinaASEANFreeTradeArea,foreigndirectinvestment,research摘要................................................................................................................................1第一章前言..................................................................................................................6第一节论文选题的背景及研究意义...................................................................6一、研究背景..................................................................................................6二、研究目的与研究意义..............................................................................7第二节论文的研究内容及结构安排...................................................................8一、研究内容..................................................................................................8二、结构安排..................................................................................................8第三节论文的创新点及研究方法.......................................................................9一、论文的创新之处......................................................................................9二、研究方法..................................................................................................9第四节国内外研究现状.......................................................................................9一、研究现状..................................................................................................9二、相关理论简介........................................................................................13第二章CAFTA形成前后对中国与东盟双边贸易的影响.......................................18第一节中国-东盟自由贸易区(CAFTA)的建立................................................18一、中国与东盟贸易的开始........................................................................18二、中国—东盟自由贸易区的建立............................................................
